An amazing opportunity to join a contractor based in Redhill, delivering projects across London and South England whilst offering Mechanical and Electrical services. Working across a variety of projects from High End residencial ,High rise Flats, Schools, Healthcare, Heritage sites and more

The Successful Candidate

Would have recent experience in High rise projects & come from a M&E background.

The right candidate would be someone based a commutable distance from Redhill or are willing to relocate, looking to stay long-term with a company & have a willingness to travel to various sites as will be looking over multiple sites at anyone time.

Information on the role

• Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
• Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
• Track and report at weekly client update meetings
• Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
• Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
• Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
• Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
• SMSTS
• CSCS

What we'd like from you

• Proven Project Management experience in High rise projects
• Willingness to travel to Sites
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
• Experianced with M&E
