Great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to act as our Clients representative overseeing a new build project in the New Forest.

The site has started on site earlier this year and is expected to be handed over in November.

As the Clients Project Manager you would be responsible for -

• Ensuring the budget is being managed effectively
• Ensuring the build is going as per project plan and the agreed contract
• Being the link between Client and Contractor ensuring decisions are made in a timely fashion
• Ensuring the handover process and buildings mobilisation is ready in preparation to handover

Initially this is expected to be a Part time role, 2 - 3 days per week and running for 3 months.
