I am currently in need of a Project Manager to manage a project for Reading Council. The projects range between 500k to 2 million and are a mixture of small refubrishment & fit out works within education, public health and commercial buildings.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a Construction Director and be able to programme, client manage, trade management, site inductions, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary and package are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
