Project Manager - Structural Steel
Location: Bournemouth (office-based) + South-based sites
Salary: Up to 70,000 + vehicle + benefits

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading steelwork projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of structural steel projects from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules, ensuring targets are achieved.
Lead site teams and liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards.
Resolve challenges efficiently and maintain progress on site.
Report project updates to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in structural steel project management.
Black CSCS Card is essential.
Appointed Person (AP) ticket desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance within steelwork.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
