At Saint Gobain Interior Solutions we are looking for Project Specification Manager to work in our New Business Team helping to manage the project identification and specification activity with Specifiers and Contractors, creating demand for Technical Insulation products and systems across the following market segments, HVAC, Industry & Marine.
This Project Specification Manager role will be a part of our Business Development team and is a remotely based role focussed our North Region.
Saint Gobain Interior Solutions is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brand's, our purpose is to make the world a better home for all, by creating high performance drylining and insulation solutions that take care of people and the planet. We will do this with the expertise and know-how of British Gypsum and Isover.
This role is a remotely based role, however as it is field based you will require a Full UK Driving License as regular travel will be required as part of this role.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a Technical Sales role within the Technical Insulation industry is essential
- It is highly desirable to have experience in specifying / selling technical insulation solutions.
- A Full UK Driving License would be essential
- Excellent communication and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities
What you will be doing:
- Identify specification opportunities through various means
- Ensure Specialist Sub-Contractor relationships are strengthened
- Monitor, track and update the CRM system
- Delivery of monthly specification targets
