Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage a team of maintenance professionals and external contractors, overseeing projects, maintenance, and refurbishments.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and client expectations. Handle risk assessments and statutory compliance.
- Supplier & Budget Management: Coordinate with suppliers, authorise work within budget, and manage contracts.
- Hands-on Approach: Lead both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring properties remain in top condition.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a proactive maintenance strategy to meet client needs.
- Expertise: Strong background in building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance, ideally with City & Guilds qualifications.
- Leadership & Flexibility: Proven experience managing teams and adapting to clients' high standards.
- Client-Focused & Discreet: Skilled in handling high-profile clients and luxury properties.
- Organised: Proficient in Microsoft Office and property maintenance systems, able to create clear reports and plans.
