My client is looking for a Property Manager based in New Old Street with a hybrid office arrangement, the role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous Property Management experience looking after a large property portfolio
The day to day responsibilities will include
- Manage Day-to-Day Property Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the properties under your management, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Liaise with Executors, Solicitors, Administrators, and Colleagues: Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders involved in property transactions, including executors, solicitors, administrators, and colleagues.

- Arrange Property Insurance: Procure and manage property insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage for the properties under your management.
- Obtain Competitive Quotations and Instruct Contractors: Obtain competitive quotations for maintenance and repair work, and liaise with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain proactive communication with administrators, executors, and solicitors involved in property transactions, providing updates and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Keep Online Property Files Up to Date: Ensure that digital property files are accurately maintained and updated with relevant documentation and correspondence.
- Issue Invoices: Generate and issue invoices for services rendered or expenses incurred, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Obtain Property Valuations Probate Valuations: Arrange for property valuations and RICS probate valuations as required for property transactions.
- Handle Incoming Enquiries: Respond to incoming enquiries from various parties, including members of the public, and provide assistance or forward enquiries to the appropriate colleagues as necessary.
- Take on New Property Instructions: Receive and process new property instructions, forwarding relevant details to colleagues as appropriate.
- Order Floor Plans and Marketing Photos: Arrange for the creation of floor plans and marketing photos to effectively market properties for sale or rent.
- Ensure Keys are Cut and Logged Correctly: Manage the distribution and tracking of property keys, ensuring proper documentation and security protocols are followed.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any additional administrative duties as instructed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities.
