The Position
The Property Manager is a key role within the Campus Development team (Property, Planning, Capital Projects and Sustainability).
The main purpose of the Property Manager is to contribute to the management of the University's property portfolio, aiding the development of strategy and implementation of projects and plans that enhance the University's property portfolio.
This will mean helping to run the day to day estates management and service charge services as well as the exciting stuff such as supporting with acquisitions, projects and refurbishments to enhance the value of the assets.
This role is broad and will utilise many General Practice Surveying skill sets with a focus on Property and Asset Management as well as Lease Consultancy and will include strategy around key lease events including lease renewals, rent reviews and break options.
Candidates at Surveyor level who have recently completed their APC, or about to qualify will be strongly considered as a supportive team are in place to help develop the successful individual.

The Candidate
We are looking for a General Practice Surveyor with a Real Estate degree and ideally RICS qualification.
You may already be employed by a property consultancy at APC, Surveyor, or Senior Surveyor level and looking for a new challenge client-side.
