One of Northern Ireland's leading Estate Agencies is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager on a permanent basis to join their South Belfast Office. This award-winning estate agency has gained a great reputation in Residential Lettings, Sales, Valuations & Property Management throughout Northern Ireland. Due to an expanding Project Portfolio, they now seek an Experienced Property Manager.
Your new role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with Landlords and tenants, continuous business growth by networking, registering rental property details on to the in-house system and uploading images to the website.
You will also play a key role in tenancy credit checks, ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely manner, ensure full and complete records are kept both in relation to the tenant and the Landlord, dealing with day-to-day enquiries on various rental properties and any other administration duties in connection with the above.What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a property-related or similar role. You will have a strong understanding of the Northern Irish property industry as well as have a full UK driving license and access to your own transport.What you'll get in return
