My client, a well established multi-disciplined construction consultancy based in Nottingham are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to come on board and become an integral part of their team.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience working within a consultancy or client-side envirnment carrying out Quantity Surveying/Employer's Agent duties. The role will involve working on projects in the hotel, leisure, residential and commercial sectors but will not be limited to these areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of projects from inception to completion
• Development of cost management startegy and delivery
• Producing cost plans and reports
• Manginf risk processes and value management
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing progress reports on each project
• Liaising with client, contractors and designers
• Managing sub-consultants and construction managers
• Good understanding of JCT forms of contracts

Requirements;

• Have a track record of delivering projects
• Have a good understanding of the market, contractors and stakeholders in delivering a diverse range of projects
• Have experience working alongside design teams
• Must be degree educated in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.
