A Cost and Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Cost Management team.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working within a team of 4 quantity surveyors and a Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut & curve, and roll outs.
Alongside retail, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to office, airport, and petrol station projects - all ideal for your APC diary.
There is also the opportunity for the Quantity Surveyor to get involved in Project Management.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a BSc or MSc, RICS accredited degree (ideally Quantity Surveying)
- 2+ years quantity surveying experience
- Ideally experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice
- Hard working, professional, well spoken
- Looking to work outside of London
- Good pre and post contract experience
