Our client are a well established construction subcontractor who specialise in commercial fitout projects. They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in South Manchester! (Perm)

Ideal candidate-

• Background working for a subcontractor- internal trade preferable
• Used to working in a fast paced environment
• Can work well towards deadlines

Duties include-

• Commercially delivering a project from conception through to completion.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to the Commercial Manager.
• Managing variations and claims.
• Managing the cash flow.
• Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers
• Preparation of final accounts.
