What You ll Be Doing (The Role)
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final account
- Working closely with project managers and site teams to monitor progress and control costs
- Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, variations, and valuations
- Managing subcontractor procurement and overseeing payment applications
- Supporting tenders and client liaison for new opportunities
- Ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to project goals
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high end developments & refurbishments
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with values typically up to £5m
- Strong understanding of cost control, valuations, variations, and contract admin
- Confident communicator who builds positive relationships with clients and site teams
- Ideally degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Open to Quantity Surveyor, Project QS, or Intermediate QS level professionals
