The Role of the Regional Specification Manager
-
As the Regional Specification Manager, you ll be specifying the full range of waterproofing solutions with Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers.

You ll also be tasked with winning new business with Main Contractors, RC Framing Contractors, Groundworkers and Readymix Concrete Suppliers.

A key part of the role as Regional Specification Manager is to identify project opportunities through utilising market intelligence and Barbour ABI.

This role of Regional Specification Manager will see you target basement/underground structures and ensuring waterproofing solutions are provided.

Working as part of a team of 4 in the southern region, you ll work closely with your colleagues.

As the Regional Specification Manager, you ll be covering London, the home counties and East Anglia.
-
Full training will be provided at the companies Head Office.

The Ideal Person for the Regional Specification Manager

The ideal Candidate will have experience of specifying waterproofing solutions through London and the Southeast.

Candidates from a Roofing specification background are encouraged to apply.

You ll be confident conducting CPD seminars and talking about the designs.

CSSW qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

You ll have energy, passion and personality to join a thriving team.

Must have a full driving licence and be commutable to London.
