Job Description
You ll be responsible for selling products and service contracts over the phone, generating leads, and supporting Regional Sales Managers. You ll manage customer data, follow up on quotes, and contribute to sales growth through proactive outreach and CRM updates.
Duties:
- Sell products and services via phone
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up on marketing and trade show leads
- Update CRM (Salesforce) with contacts and opportunities
- Process orders and manage customer timelines
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Cross-sell based on service reports
- Build relationships across the business
Person Specification:
- Experience in telesales B2B
- Proven success with high-value projects
- Strong negotiation skills
- Well-connected with the relevant customer base
- Confident with basic IT systems
