Job Title: General Sales Manager Location: Salisbury Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 pa
 Our company is a market leader in providing products for the Secure Environment and Commercial sales markets. We are currently seeking a General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in both existing and new markets.
 Responsibilities:
 Lead a team of 7 sales professionals to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets
 Maximise specification and sale of products, care for existing customers, and develop new sales opportunities
 Provide excellent customer service and technical support to reinforce our company's position as trusted experts
 Manage multiple sales streams including new project orders, care plan contracts, and after-sales support
 Work closely with Marketing department to develop sales and marketing strategies
 Review and implement improvements to business processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
 Manage customer communication, quotations, orders, and follow-ups through CRM system
 Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the industry including constructors, architects, specifiers, and end clients
 Represent the company at external events and exhibitions
 Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management
 Requirements:
 Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Secure Environment or Commercial sales markets
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Knowledge of industry standards and specifications
 Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
 Willingness to travel and attend events as required
 Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
