A leading Not-for-Profit working across the Credit / Debt / Insolvency / Finance space is looking to hire a dynamic Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for the direct management and leadership of x5 direct reports.
Sales Management experience essential, as is leading a small team (doesn't have to be x5). Our client open on industry but Not-for-Profit or Credit / Debt / Insolvency / Finance industry exposure could be useful.

Leading, London-based Not-for-Profit that work to maintain the official statutory Register of Judgements, Orders, and Fines for England & Wales on behalf of a leading ministerial department of the Government.
This role sits in the arm of the business that looks to manage existing relationships with various arms of clients, and the diversification of new revenue streams.

Speaking with our client at length, it's clear that they're in need of a strong leader who enjoys people management, excels at managing a small team to success and when focusing on their own workload, enjoys utilising marketing and business development experience / insight to explore new revenue streams.
Profile
Our client is in need of a strong leader, someone who excels at management and is ultimately sales / growth-centric, with experience in utilising marketing tools / metrics as well as sales nous. Experience of working in a Not-for-Profit environment would be excellent but is not essential, as is exposure to Credit / Debt / Insolvency / Finance industries.
Understanding data, and how to utilise it (given our client's product offering) is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing a sales strategy with income diversification experience and a desire to drive the business forward
- A strategic thinker that can lead and manage a team in a hybrid working arrangement, maintaining cross-departmental working on key projects
- A customer-centric individual that can develop new and existing customers
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively
- Proactive in promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the organisation
- Strong networking abilities with a keen focus on building and maintaining valuable relationships and lifting the profile of the organisation
- Delivering marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regular updates to Finance Director and at monthly management meetings
- Proven experience across the marketing mix
- Working knowledge of marketing trends and confident in applying appropriately
- Exceptional communicator and content creator
- Experience of leading brand communications and customer marketing activity across all channels, including social media and web
Job Offer
Our client is looking to pay £52k with a performance-related bonus up to c.£5k and a pay increase upon completion of probation. Other benefits include a hybrid working setup, private medical insurance, life assurance, 15% employer contribution to pension and 30 days annual leave. Annual provision of health checks, flu jabs, eye test and provisions for glasses also included.
