ModuleCo Healthcare Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Project Manager on a full time, permanent contract based in Ellesmere Port (with also time spent at the offices and factory of our manufacturing partner, based in Cheltenham and Mitcheldean respectively). You will also be expected client meetings across the UK. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of circa £37,500 - £42,500 per annum.
About us
ModuleCo Healthcare Limited provide specialist healthcare facilities to the NHS and private healthcare companies. These buildings are built using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in a factory environment before being delivered to site. They are designed and manufactured in-house by our manufacturing partner, before being purchased by MCH as a high valuable asset, and supplied to our client base via revenue (rental) based agreements.
As our Sales Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist sales team with all enquiries and projects from client engagement through to project completion
- Attendance at client meetings and site visits (travel to current and prospective client locations across the whole of the UK)
- Input at design and specification workshops
- Management of client sales proposals, specifications, and quotations
- Cost review and control throughout the project lifecycle
- Management of manufacturing partner including liaison with sales, design, project, and commercial teams
- Assist senior management in future sales strategy and marketing activities
- Control of all sales and client project documentation
What we're looking for in our Sales Project Manager:
- Previous experience within a Sales, Project, or Account Management role
- An understanding of the modular buildings market, preferably within the healthcare sector
- A good standard of technical understanding would be advantageous
- Good commercial understanding, including cost control and analysis
- Excellent standard of communication skills, both verbally and written
- The ability to communicate, accurately, and convincingly at all levels both internally and with external clients
- Must be computer literate with an excellent level of experience using Outlook, Teams, MS Word and Excel
- Full driving license essential
