More about your role

As our Scheme Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of our student accommodation site at Aspire Point in Stratford. You will ensure that excellence is delivered across the business, meeting internal performance indicators that deliver consistently high standards to our customers whilst meeting statutory regulations.

You will be directly responsible for the management and daily supervision of a commercial building / office, managing a small operations team, ensuring the efficient day to day running and operational planning.

This position is responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practice, ensuring effective processes are put into place to achieve maximum productivity, preparing budgets and inventories and leading a team to high standards.

Hours of working are 40 hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm (with additional weekend work required in the summer student turn around period)

More about you

You will have responsibility for the operational running of the site and therefore will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently with minimum guidance whilst motivating and leading a team

Being a natural communicator with all customers, both internal and external you will be able to demonstrate how you've adapted your approach to provide excellent customer care and delivered services in your career to date.

This is a multi-task role therefore, as well as adapting your core skills, you will be expected to gain experience across a range of other duties as directed by your line manager, including having the opportunity to add value to organisational change projects.

The perfect applicant will be experienced in working in a facilities management role and have experience managing a site/building.
