A leader in the Publishing space with numerous brands operating below the name. Vast amounts of data is needed to be analysted.
They are now looking for a BI Manager in Berkshire who will be responsible for setting the BI strategy, which includes tooling and platform decisions. You will also lead an already high-performing BI Development team, whilst also leading on the delivery of data insight projects.
Main duties include:
- Managing and developing the BI Developers
- Maintaining and managing the BI platform - Looker, Dbt, AWS, Redshift etc
- Ultimately own the long term BI roadmap.
- Create a self-serve data culture across the business
Skills & Experience

- Strong SQL and upstream data wrangling skills (as our databases are complex)
- Power BI: advanced DAX Datamodelling and measures
- Working up analysis such as uplift vs benchmarks, AB tests, segmentations, etc.
- Partnering with key stakeholders: building relationships, project management and concise presentation
