My client is now looking to hire a senior contracts manager due to project wins and a full order book for 2025 going into 2026.
They are an established and reputable contractor operating within the super prime residential refurb and new build sector.
Project Values - 1.5million to 10million
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading multiple projects simultaneously or overseeing a large-scale projects
- Managing all phases of projects, including pre-construction, delivery, and post-completion.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while liaising with site teams, consultants, and other construction professionals.
- Overseeing high-spec finishes and ensuring the exceptional quality that defines this contractor.
