Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring that contracts are managed efficiently and effectively, from inception through to completion, and that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for ambitious leaders to work with this tier 2 contactor and develop into a role.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction or building solutions sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and complex contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract law and industry regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
