Senior Design Developer

Position: Advanced
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Passive Fire Protection
Qualifications: ASFP/IFE Level 3 Certification, IFC Manager Level

Role Overview:
The Senior Solution Developer is responsible for conducting the final peer review of solution allocations, assisting the third-party fire engineer with Engineering Judgements (EJs), and supporting fire testing activities in accordance with PFPF guidance and ASFP Advisory Note 17.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the Stage 2 Peer Review, providing final validation of all passive fire protection allocations before project submission.
• Assist the third-party fire engineer in assessing non-standard fire protection solutions, ensuring compliance with PFPF and ASFP Advisory Note 17.
• Support the preparation of technical data packs for Engineering Judgements (EJs) and Technical Assessments (TAs) in collaboration with fire engineers and manufacturers.
• Participate in fire testing activities, ensuring compliance with ASFP and PFPF guidance.
