Position: Senior Design Manager
Location: Hackney
Salary: up to £95k + Package

My client is looking for a Senior Design Manager. The Senior Design Manager is required to work for a new build residential main contractor. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for running large scale new build residential projects up to the value of £90m.

The Senior Design Manager will have the following skillset:
- 5 years experience running projects as the lead Design Manager
- Degree Qualified
- Architecture background.
- Residential new build RC Frame experience.
- Longevity/ full project life cycle.
