Senior Development Manager, London, 3-Month Contract, £500 - £550 p/day Inside IR35

This public-sector organisation is currently looking to recruit a Senior Development Manager to join their Strategic Asset Management team to help manage the organisation's regeneration and development programme in the West London area. The contract is on an ongoing 3-month rolling basis, with no fixed end date. The organisation operate a working from home option and/or the option to work in the office, thereby offering a very flexible approach to work with emphasis on obtaining an excellent work-life balance.
The main offices are close to the local transportation hubs, making this a very accessible location if you prefer the option of working in the office.
Your new role
You will be required to undertake an assessment of the physical and financial options for development and regeneration arising from land and property holdings to maximise housing outcomes, including developing a range of funding models applicable to demand across all required ownership models.
In addition to producing and recommending financial and design solutions which optimise land and or existing assets usage and bring the best financial return to the organisation in line with multi-tenure housing demand assessments.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you must have experience of operating in a development and property services environment, specifically in relation to feasibility proposals, land acquisition/management, investment and design gained at project manager level within a local authority, housing association, government body, private developer or agency or similar.
Please note being a RICS qualified chartered surveyor is not essential for this job but is desirable.
