Summary:

My client is a prominent and esteemed construction contractor in the UK, renowned for delivering exceptional projects in the Residential sector. With a rich history of success, they are expanding their team and actively seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of frames and concrete pours, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
2. Provide specialised technical insight into the design, analysis, and implementation of frame structures and concrete pouring techniques.
3. Collaborate closely with project teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, and schedules for frame and concrete-related activities.
4. Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks at various stages of the construction process, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
5. Mentor and guide junior engineers, offering technical support and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
6. Work in tandem with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
7. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements relevant to frames and concrete pours.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Senior Engineer specialising in frames and concrete pours within the construction industry in the UK.
3. In-depth knowledge of structural engineering principles and best practices.
4. Proficiency in relevant software tools for structural analysis and design.
5. Strong project management skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
7. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
8. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
