We have a role for a Senior Finishing Manager who will lead the installation of trades packages from 1st fix to decoration and handover of a block of 220 new build apartments within a multi-phase residential development beside the Thames in Woolwich.

Reporting to the Block Manager, the successful candidate will lead a four-strong team of ASM s, Finishing Managers and Supervisors, scheduling works and materials and ensuring high standards of quality, Health & Safety.

Candidate Essentials;

• Ability to programme and deliver all residential finishing packages.
• NVQ 7, SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
• A stable career history with Tier One Contractors and Self-Build Developers.

Employment commencement is projected for October and interviews are available from w/c 23rd September.

Salary; £70k to £80k + package.
