Senior Implementation Manager

Salary: Circa £60,000 (National) / £65,000 (London)

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join our Implementation team who play a key role in the success of our Workplace business. This is a great role for someone who understand the Workplace Savings market, has project management experience, enjoys working with clients and advisers, and is keen to be part of the exciting world of Distribution.

The team are home based throughout the UK and there is some travel required.

A bit about the job:

The Implementation Team are part of the Distribution area within Workplace Savings and provide specialist project management expertise to new and existing clients. The team have a significant role to play in supporting the New Business Team achieve their target by attending new business pitches and implementing new schemes securing new regular contributions and assets. The team also play a key role supporting the Existing Business Team with their client retention and growth aspirations by managing changes to some of our largest and most valuable schemes.

Each implementation is allocated a dedicated Implementation Manager who is responsible for leading the project, coordinating, and driving activity, and ensuring a successful and safe implementation. Our Senior Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding our largest and most valuable Workplace Savings clients.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • Strong understanding of the Workplace Savings market.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external customers at all levels to deliver project requirements.
  • Self-starter with high level of personal organisation, attention to detail, assertiveness, tenacity, integrity, and able to work off their own initiative.
  • Display excellent role model behaviours and strong team working ethic.

  • Salary: Circa £60,000 (National) / £65,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
