Key Responsibilities
- Geo-referencing and digitizing features from CAD and paper plans into ArcGIS.
- Conducting desktop and contact referencing of affected parties.
- Managing, interpreting, and analysing land data.
- Inputting and maintaining data within the land system.
- Verifying and updating relevant mapping layers.
- Producing and ensuring the quality of legal documentation, including order plans, books of reference, notices, and schedules.
- Performing site visits to carry out door-knocking exercises and post notices.
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with the public and clients.
- Managing client expectations and understanding program and resource requirements.
- Allocating tasks and managing time sheets for junior team members, assisting the project manager with end-of-month invoicing.
- Attending client and stakeholder meetings.
