Single Homeless Project has a new opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator to join and work in our team based in Kings Cross. You will join us on a full-time, contract covering maternity leave for 12 months working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a competetive starting salary of £33,329.94 and rising incrementally to £35,643.01 per annum (pro rata).

About the Senior Learning & Development Coordinator role:
As a Senior Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be interacting with teams, managers, senior leadership as well as internal and external trainers. You will build strong networks to ensure a quality learning and development offer at SHP is maintained and developed.
You will assist with systems and processes so that the department runs smoothly and you will take the lead/support with the maintenance and development of key programmes and projects as required. This may include the Trainee Project Worker Programme Development Programme, Moving into Management Programme and Programmes of Required Learning.
You will also liaise with subject matter experts to develop and facilitate training and learning activities to meet the learning and development needs of SHP s staff, and support the L&D team with its systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the organisation s learning and development offer. You will play an important part in the evaluation of the organisation s L&D offer and support with the planning for the following financial year.
Skills and experience we're looking for in our Senior Learning & Development Coordinator:
- You bring experience of learning design and delivery, including experience of facilitating inclusive and engaging group learning activities, both face to face and online
- You are passionate about learning and champion inclusive learning opportunities for everyone
- You can use your great working knowledge of IT programmes and systems to support learning and development opportunities
- You are highly organized with a solution focused approach and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet various deadlines
- You are able to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels internally and externally
- You are an excellent team player and are able to support others contribute to the overall development of the team

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
