Job Description:

- Technical Expertise: Extensive proficiency in data strategy, data management, or AI/machine learning methodologies. Deep understanding of data throughout it's lifecycle. Combined with Architectural / feature knowledge of one or more data and AI platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform; Amazon Web Services; Microsoft Azure) and Knowledge of data management and governance standards, such as DAMA-DMBoK, CMMI and DCAM.
- Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, including data management tooling and platform capabilities, such as Informatica and Collibra. Additionally, demonstratable proficiency with industry-standard data management and governance frameworks, such as DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, and DCAM, is highly desirable.
- Professional Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications and designations, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, cultivated through collaborations with diverse stakeholders including industry partners, and internal capability teams. Ability to navigate complex relationships to drive consensus and achieve strategic goals.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to represent the company in discussions on data strategy. Proficiency in supporting upskilling initiatives to enhance both internal staff and client understanding of data concepts.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest advancements in data strategy, data management and operating models. Actively contribute to fostering a culture of ongoing education and innovation within the organisation.
- Delivery: A track record of delivering within agile working environments, including planning, and implementing solutions with data, analytics or AI at the core
