- Take the lead on developing a School that focuses on driving capability development across our supply chain operations
- Define, document, and maintain the scope of all L&D projects within the area of responsibility
- Project manage, create, track, and own project plans
- Introduce measurement and KPIs against TWWS schools to demonstrate the impact and value add to the business
