The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering major commercial builds. You will work closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution from pre-construction to completion. Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Pre-Construction: Collaborate with design teams, conduct feasibility studies, and provide input during the planning phase.Delivery: Manage project delivery, including procurement, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Financial Management: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Health and Safety: Uphold safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing high-valuation construction projects (£20million+) from inception to completion.
