Permanent opportunity for Project Manager to work for utilities provider in Lancashire- refub projects

You will be working for a utilities provider located in Lancashire
Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of building refurbishment projects on the North West property portfolio. This consists of 14 sites which are located in Lancashire and Cumbria. Projects vary from office refurbishments, civils infrastructure resurfacing and drainage, roof replacement schemes and general construction with values ranging from £50k to £5m. You will also be responsible for the management of 2 project managers.
The organisation has internal specialists within civils etc, so experience delivering projects in all the above areas is not required. You will have the resource to seek specialist advice from internal employees.
What you'll need to succeed

Project management experience - 5 years (essential) Extensive Knowledge and experience of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015)Ability to lead and inspire a team of project managers Excellent project schedule managementCommercial astuteness and budget control managementCommercial forecasting and revenue reportingRisk and issue management To be results focused and able to deliver under their own initiativeExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written is essential, including the ability to produce clear and concise project reportsExperience of managing a portfolio of projects is an advantageA track record of improving customer satisfaction is an advantage

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary £55,000 plus £4,000 car allowance/ car
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working- 3 days per week either in the office or on site
25 days holiday plus bank holidays- rising with each year of service to a max of 30 days plus bank holidays
