Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of building refurbishment projects on the North West property portfolio. This consists of 14 sites which are located in Lancashire and Cumbria. Projects vary from office refurbishments, civils infrastructure resurfacing and drainage, roof replacement schemes and general construction with values ranging from £50k to £5m. You will also be responsible for the management of 2 project managers.
The organisation has internal specialists within civils etc, so experience delivering projects in all the above areas is not required. You will have the resource to seek specialist advice from internal employees.

A competitive salary £55,000 plus £4,000 car allowance/ car
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working- 3 days per week either in the office or on site
25 days holiday plus bank holidays- rising with each year of service to a max of 30 days plus bank holidays
