Our client is a reputable private contractor, operating throughout London and the South East. With an increase in workload, we are looking to onboard two Senior Project Managers for two separate schemes:

• You will be an experienced No.1 Project Manager with longevity of employment and the ability and desire to lead a large re-cladding scheme in Central London. A strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act allied to excellent people skills are required.
• Again, proven at PM level, you will be adaptable and able to pick up an existing project in SW London and able to lead this through to completion and an additional subsequent phase.
