A well-known, well respected multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in key UK locations, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Having secured a strong pipeline of work, in both public and private sectors, this progressive and forward-thinking construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running and work towards progressing their career to the next level.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Cost estimating
- Regular reporting to clients
- Cost control from inception through to completion.
- Change Control
- You will work in a number of sectors, both public and private.
With a strong presence in the North, this company seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor who lives ideally within an hour of Manchester but will have the flexibility to work from home for the majority of the time.

About the requirements:
- The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Consultancy
- Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.
- You will be resilient and assertive.
- MRICS preferred but not essential
