Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

• Ideally, degree qualification in Quantity Surveying. However, qualifications are not essential.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Skills:

• Ideally experienced and competent in the use of P22 NEC Contract Administration, processes & procedures.
• Previous recent exposure to P22/Healthcare Projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in independently managing projects with lead commercial and self-sufficient responsibilities.

Main Duties:

• Administration & Control of NEC P22 changes applicable to the Main Contract & Subcontractors.
• Commercial management of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Subcontractor Package works or other significant Subcontract package management.
• Reporting results, actions, status, and recommendations to the Project Lead Commercial Manager.

Pay Rate:

• 400 - 450 per day, subject to the nearest offer, suitability, and experience of candidates

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Assignment Duration:

• Up to approximately 6 months.

Start Date:

• Ideally starting from the week commencing 18th March. After this week, the start will be ASAP.
