Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant - Client Side - Up to £92,000 Package - Birmingham

You will be working for one of the UK's leading hospitality organisations overseeing a growing diverse property portfolio with over 1400 properties. You will be heavily involved working across key strategic projects, delivering for the future.

Your new role

• Management of external QS providers and performance
• Management of external contractors and suppliers
• Cost Management and overseeing financial terms
• Preparing budgets to cover all maintenance and capital works
• Procurement
• Cost Auditing
• Tender processes
• Working closely with other senior stakeholders on maintenance and capital expenditure
• Ensuring compliance with H&S

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years working as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager/Cost Consultant
MRICS or relevant chartership is highly desirable
Relevant Degree in a Construction related field
