Role Overview: As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will optimise revenue processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies and improve workflows. Your strategic mindset, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration will drive our revenue initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation: Streamline lead management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle processes. Use data analytics for key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enhance communication and workflows among sales, marketing, and customer success teams, aligning operations with business goals.
  • Sales and Marketing Operations: Support sales strategy, monitor metrics, and oversee marketing automation to optimise lead generation and conversion.
  • Customer Success: Implement processes for retention and upselling, analyse lifecycle metrics, and develop engagement strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Location and Hours: Full-time, permanent, London/Hybrid (3 days office-based)

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in revenue operations, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau/PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
