About the role of Senior Site Manager
We are working with a Principal Contractor who pride themselves on quality, innovation and social awareness. We are looking for a talented Senior Site Manager to join their team to oversee an 15m school project.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
- Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management are met
- Implementing detailed site plans to ensure successful delivery of the project
- Coordinating with the project manager to align activities with goals
- Ensuring strict adherence to H&S safety regulations
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Monitor project budgets and costs and progress
- Preparing and submitting reports
Requirements for Senior Site Manager
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to 20m
- CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid
- Strong understanding of H&S regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and strong commercial awareness
