Senior Site Manager - DevonAn incredible opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a permanent basis! This contractor offers a complete package of construction-related services and a portfolio of projects involving New Build Commercial and Refurbishment schemes within Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Defence. Your first project will be a large value commercial new build with upgrades to existing buildings.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project manager to support project delivery
• Ensuring works are on track within time, budget and quality
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management
• Support project team with duties and responsibilities
• Accurately interpret programmes, drawings and technical specifications
• Maintain drawing and RFI registers and issuing of update documentation to contractors
• Managing the supply chain, direct employees and consultants

Requirements:

• Demonstrate good financial knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety
• SMSTS
• Relevant CSCS card
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant driving licence
• HNC or above within construction
• Previous experience in a similar role with a main contractor
