Job Title - Senior Site ManagerLocation - South NorfolkSalary - £55,000 - £60,000 + Package - Health, Pension, Car or Car Allowance. Our client a large national residential house builder is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a permanent position in South Norfolk.The successful applicant will have a proven track record of being a site manager on residential projects liaising with the Contracts Manager, on-site contractors and trades. You should have good people management and technical skills and experience in the areas below. The successful applicant should have experience in and be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving success in the following areas:• Programme Management and Resource Planning• Quality Management and liaising with NHBC sales and customers• Implementing and maintaining company procedures and policies on site• Health, Safety and Environment control• Cost control• Site presentation procurement• Liaising with external Authorities.• Design ad Drawing coordination• Assist with contract obligationsYou must also live within commutable distance of the site. Requirements for the role include SMSTS-First Aid-Site Management experience with principle and sub-contractors -Work related references.
