We're seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager on behalf of a reputable developer for a new 50-unit retirement living project in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality development, ensuring timely delivery and excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project runs on time and within budget.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Ensure site safety and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain strict quality control and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and report regularly to senior management.
• Lead and motivate the site team to deliver top-quality results.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Site Manager experience in residential or retirement living projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, building regs, and safety standards.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management (e.g., HNC, HND, degree)
