Linsco are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build housing development in Wellingborough.
️ Senior Site Manager - New Build Housing
Location: Wellingborough
️ Start: In 2-3 weeks
Duration: 12 months
Rate: £280-£320 per shift
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to take ownership of a long-term project. Timber frame experience is essential, as you'll be overseeing the build from early stages through to completion.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing new build housing projects
Strong knowledge of timber frame construction
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Key responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations
Coordinate trades and ensure project milestones are met
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
Manage subcontractors and liaise with the wider project team
