Your new role
As a Senior Site Manager at AJC Homes, you will oversee the successful execution of residential construction projects in the charming village of Aboyne. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery, quality, and safety of our developments. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage site operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Quality Assurance: Ensure construction work adheres to high standards and meets design specifications.Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a secure working environment.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and optimise resource utilisation.Problem-Solving: Address any on-site challenges promptly and effectively.Team Management: Supervise site staff, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.What you'll need to succeed
Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Manager in residential construction.Qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a valid driving licence.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Effective Communication: Strong written and oral skills.Results-Driven: A track record of successful project delivery.Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable.What you'll get in return
