Your Role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of the operations, responsible for delivering outstanding projects. Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee a £12 million new build school project in South Essex, spanning a 60-week program. Your role involves coordinating with a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager and a visiting Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run challenging schemes between £5 - £15 million, showcasing your expertise in new builds - particularly education projects
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with on-site teams, managing a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager
- Maintain effective communication with a visiting Contracts Manager to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate longevity in your career, reflecting a history of delivering similar new build projects from the ground up.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a decade's experience working in new builds, particularly within a principal contractor setting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide your on-site team.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- Adept at managing projects within the specified budget and timeframes.
