Role: Freelance Senior Site Manager or Project Manager

Rate: Flexible to attract

Duration: 2.5 years

Starting: Mid-August

Project:

450 residential units, which will be a mix of apartments, townhouses and traditional homes. The build of these units will also be a mix of new build and property conversions. The site will also include a number of commercial buildings, including retail stores and eateries

Due to the length of this project, you will be required to attend a two-stage interview process and complete a psychometric test.

About You:

• CSCS Managers Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experience in building large residential projects
• Client-facing and well-presented
• We need someone who is well-versed in Excel (this is essential).
• Could use Asta or Project Commander (this would be a bonus).
• Has a working knowledge of Procore or similar software for capturing snagging (this is essential).
