Position: Senior Site Manager - Block Manager

Client:

Our client is the largest UK housebuilder delivering mixed tenured developments.They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join on a project in Maidenhead. We are looking for someone who can take control, manage a block and multiple site managers.

Candidate:

• Have experience in overseeing, liaising, supporting and dealing with other managers as will be in charge of the managers running the cores.
• Needs good IT skills, due to use of 4p for drawings, snag R for QA as noted. Also, for undertaking H&S docs.
• Will need to liaise with warranty provider/ building control other inspecting bodies.
• Needs to be able to take meetings (black hat meetings) as I take subcontractor meetings.
• Good understanding of temp works.
