Main Purpose of Job:
As a Senior Technician, you will lead a team of technicians to achieve exceptional standards in quality, efficiency, and safety, as well as budgets. This role demands a strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Championing safety in the workplace.
• Ensuring compliance with delivery plans and work orders.
• Proactively improving operational processes.
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers to meet delivery objectives.
• Managing the availability of tools and equipment and overseeing work permit procedures.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
• Essential experience in maintenance within factory, machinery, road vehicles, or aircraft settings.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, technical environments.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
