Senior Training Administrator London Bridge, London 35 hours per week, full-time As Senior Training Administrator, you will support with the administration of the Emergency Care Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ECACP) and Physician Associate (PA) workstreams activities, whilst assisting in the development of the PA project, ensuring the Short Life Working Group (SLWG) is organised and papers are circulated. The Senior Training Administrator is a key role within the Training Department, in which you will administratively support the ECACP and PA Credentialing Panel Days and support the Training Officers with the Credentialling processes. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for using the ePortfolio and IMIS to administer registrations, whilst supporting the recruitment, induction, training and monitoring of ECACP/PA Assessor training. You will also contribute to the continued development of the College's IT systems and participate in project boards as required. With a good standard of education, you will have excellent general administrative skills, with experience of using a membership database system. You should be a committed team player with a willingness to learn and have the ability to work methodically and accurately when under pressure. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are essential. Experience of working in a health sector, medical education or higher education setting, along with a background of working in a membership organisation or within professional training would be desirable. The Royal College of Emergency Medicine was established to advance education and research in Emergency Medicine. The College is responsible for setting standards of training and administering examinations in Emergency Medicine for the award of Fellowship and Membership of the College as well as recommending trainees for CCT in Emergency Medicine. The College works to ensure high quality care by setting and monitoring standards of care and providing expert guidance and advice on policy to relevant bodies on matters relating to Emergency Medicine.
